There are regular announcements of events happening all over India on the ISABS website which is isabs.org The website is a little on the ordinary side, but the information is usually current. If you live near mumbai and can attend the Mumbai chapter events, you can try isabsmumbai.org for info. It is a more active site - a large part of it is a blog.
