This is a rough idea of the routine. This will be fine tuned to suit abilities, interest levels and group sizes of various groups. When rappelling at Manori beach, the location of the rock face often limits session time at high tide. Such programmes are scheduled with the tides in mind, and often are planned for the mornings of climbing followed by time on the beach in the afternoon.

Instructions and preparation:

  1. Please inform about any existing medical conditions and consult with a doctor before attempting any activity that involves high levels of physical stress.

  3. Please carry a cap and water bottle.

  4. Comfortable rubber soled shoes are a must. Sandals and slippers are out of the question.

  5. Please ensure that your nails are short.

  6. Participants with long hair must tie it off the face.
