Our programmes are a tool for bringing about this awareness and focussing attention on the desirable aspects.

We use activities in the outdoors as our medium. Participants are given various unfamiliar tasks to perform and their result is discussed.

The unfamiliarity makes an individual more conscious of their actions and thoughts as there are no previously set solutions. The outdoor environment emphasises this and ensures that they are actively creating solutions.

The highly enjoyable nature of the activities make the learnings less likely to be forgotten or ignored.

Discussions that follow the activities discuss these new solutions and serve to bring factors that promoted success into the spotlight. We carefully examine and highlight the qualities that add to or detract from the performance. The ones that work are identified and carefully implemented in following activities till they come naturally.

The participants are free to try changes that could cause improvements in the activities that follow and incorporate them into their method or reject them - depending on the results they get.

As these activities are basically games by nature, the stakes are low and failure is not a deterrent as opposed to the job environment. There is less hesitation in trying out new ways of doing things.

This is a learning pattern that gets created that can be applied continuously, or when required whenever they are dissatisfied with the outcomes anywhere, be it at home or at work or with friends... The possibilities are endless.
